anyway peter logan has decided that one gym session per week is no better than not going at all. now all i'm supposed to do is give him a ring whenever i decide to venture up mt. faber, and perhaps he would try to accompany me.

and yet at the end of another sorely-lacking-in-breeze sort of day, seng leong, weiguo and i still find it a struggle to make significant, visible improvements in training. it's just a tad depressing to see people hiking out and working hard and getting ahead of you while you stare in wonder from a static position.
i'm supposed to be light for the radial. haha... sigh. poor seng leong.
on the same extreme we have steven lefevre up in the top 5 of the qingdao test races.
it's a crazy sport for crazy people.
